FarmVille LE English Countryside Trees: English Elm & Wych Elm Tree

Two new trees have launched in FarmVille this evening, being placed in the current English Countryside limited edition item theme. One of these two trees, the Wych Elm Tree, should look familiar, as it started launching in Mystery Seedlings earlier this week.

If you'd rather not wait until you're lucky enough to receive a Wych Elm from a Mystery Seedling, you can purchase one outright from the store for 10 Farm Cash. The English Elm tree is also available to purchase for 5 Farm Cash, and placing it in an Orchard will give you another chance at spawning one of those Wych Elms for free.

Both of these trees can be placed on either your Home Farm or your English Countryside farm, but remember, if you'd like to have one of these trees on both farms, you'll need to purchase both. They'll only be available to purchase for the next two weeks, so shop fast if you do decide you'd like to have a pair on each farm.

Check out the rest of our English Countryside coverage right here.

Will you purchase either of these trees for your farm, or have you already earned a Wych Elm from a Mystery Seedling?

FarmVille Vineyard Trees: Cypress Tree and Monterey Cypress Tree

Forget the standard 5 / 10 Farm Cash pricing for new tree pairs in FarmVille; apparently, the folks at Zynga want a bit more money from us still, as they have released a new pair of trees in the Vineyard limited edition item theme this evening, with one costing a whopping 15 Farm Cash!

To be specific, the Cypress Tree is the level one tree in this equation, and it costs 5 Farm Cash. The Monterey Cypress then is the level two tree, meaning that you can skip purchasing it entirely, should you wish to just acquire one through the luck of Mystery Seedlings. If not, be prepared to shell out 15 Farm Cash to purchase one outright for either of your farms.

Regardless of your choice, FarmVille Freak has already laid out the ground rules for mastering these two trees, so here are the stats:

Cypress Tree Mastery

    Level 1: 75 Harvests
    Level 2: 150 Harvests
    Level 3: 225 Harvests

Monterey Cypress Tree Mastery

    Level 1: 75 Harvests
    Level 2: 150 Harvests
    Level 3: 225 Harvests

Remember, there's no easy to way to master these level one trees, unless you purchase quite a few of them from the store. If you're looking for those exclusive mastery signs, sure a single tree will work in the long run, but I can't blame you if you decide to purchase multiple trees just to speed up the process. If you choose to stock up, you've got just two weeks to do so, so make it fast.

Will you purchase either of these trees for your FarmVille tree collections? Do you practice Orchard Rotation to master trees more quickly, or do you allow trees to grow on their own and harvest them naturally?

FarmVille: Coin Tree and Giant Coin Tree now available in the store

While you may already have a collection of Giant Coin Trees on your farm(s) in FarmVille, if you're like me, you were probably fairly disappointed in the "giant" size of that particular tree. Well, be disappointed no longer friends, as Zynga has finally fixed the size discrepancy with these trees, making them truly giant (at least when compared to other giant trees in the game), and has even released them for purchase in the store.

Not only that, but we see the Level 1 tree of this pairing - the regular Coin Tree - also available to buy in the game's marketplace. The pair goes for 5 and 10 Farm Cash each, which is exciting for those that were tried of the 7/8-14 Farm Cash prices we've seen take over the store in the past few months. Again, this Giant Coin Tree is the same one you likely already have on your land to begin with, and you don't have to do anything special (or purchase any additional Giant Coin Trees) to automatically convert all of your existing trees to the new "Giant" size.

For a look at the two different trees, you can check out our picture at right. Keep in mind that the Giant Coin Tree used to look like the version on the left, which is now just the standard Coin Tree. The larger tree on the right is the Giant Coin Tree as it functions today in the game, the way it should have been all along.

If you don't happen to have one of these Giant Coin Trees on your farm, or you just wish to purchase the smaller version to go along with it, make sure to do it fast as they'll only be available for five more days.

Will you purchase either of these Coin Trees from the store? Did you notice that your Giant Coin Trees had grown in size automatically over the past few days? Sound off in the comments.
